Ben Spragg Discusses the Grind and Prestige in PokerStars WCOOP

September will be a lively month for online poker fans worldwide. Ben "Spraggy" Spragg from PokerStars Team Online recently gave similar remarks as he prepares for the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP), which will kick off this weekend.

The poker pro was the "Best Streamer' in the 2022 Global Poker Awards. He has won two WCOOP titles so far, and he plans to win another one this month as Twitch.tv streams the action.

Preparations for the Grind

WCOOP is a huge and popular poker festival. Poker might be the same game, but the festival has a different stage. Spragg said that a normal grind is fun on Tuesday. Many people know that when WCOOP is ongoing, some players strive to make big scores, deep runs and entertain their rail.

Spragg added that this will be a huge month that poker audiences recognize. Besides, poker streamers such as Fintan and Lex will enjoy it. He isn't a novice on the online grind since he has many deep runs and participated in different online streaming challenges since 2017, when he joined PokerStars Team Online.

Twitch chat likes such huge events, and Spragg enjoys playing in them. Moreover, he is a two-time WCOOP winner, and he won't allow his audience to forget his achievements soon.

The poker pro won the first WCOOP title in 2020 and stated that he is eyeing another $5.50 Turbo PKO. Generally, a player can lead a 300-entrant field. But beating more than 12,000 opponents isn't a piece of cake.

Spragg stated so while referring to the second WCOOP title he got that earned him $67,968 in the $1,050 Mini Sunday Cooldown SE.

WCOOP's Legacy and Prestige

Several huge poker events will take place before this year ends. PokerStars declared 12 Championship Events in its 2022 WCOOP schedule that cover different poker disciplines like mixed games such as Badugi, Razz, and HORSE, 6-Max events, and normal PKO.
