FanDuel To Offer More Online Casino Gaming in PA Thanks to New App

FanDuel is no stranger to the gambling market of Pennsylvania. The brand started out with a mobile sportsbook last summer after signing a deal with Boyd Gaming and working with the brand’s Valley Forge Casino. By January of this year, the brand launched an online casino site. Now, we have a new casino app for players to use beginning this month. The app will offer players plenty more in casino gaming, allowing members to enjoy casino games on the go.

Even More Gaming Content

The online casino of FanDuel in PA is currently integrated with the sportsbook. The site offers just 21 slot games along with six table games. There is also a Game King Video Poker title for poker fans. With the new app, FanDuel will offer these same games and will be adding new titles in the future.

The standalone casino will support more games in the future, and this will make it stand out from the online casino offering found via the sportsbook. More games are expected as more suppliers enter the market.

New Influx of Players

Over the past few months, land-based casino regulars have been without gaming in the state. The online casino industry in Pennsylvania was already popular, but even more players are logging on since venues closed due to the coronavirus. More interest has sparked via the online gaming sites as players who would normally visit a land-based casino have been unable to.

New customers are around 55% female and 45% male. Among the new customers of the FanDuel online casino via the sportsbook, over 80% stated that they prefer slot games as their favorite game of choice.

With this new app, the players who have frequented the online casino should cross over to the app option. New players can use an existing account via the sportsbook to play if they have an existing account. If not, it only takes a few minutes to sign up.

The library of the new app will include video poker, roulette and blackjack, as well as many slot titles. Popular slots to choose from include Wheel of Fortune and Divine Fortune.

The online casino industry of Pennsylvania has steadily grown over the past year, as new sites and apps have launched. The state is setting up to give New Jersey a run for it when it comes to being the top revenue producer in the US.

As the market adds such options as the FanDuel app, players have even more exciting online gaming options to choose from. It will be interesting to see how the app is received and if the market continues to hit new high points when it comes to player traffic and revenue earnings over the next few months. With casinos just now starting to open back up, we think the revenues will continue to hit record highs for online gaming at least for June and July.
