Global Poker, the popular social poker site, is scheduled up to host an exciting event. Dubbed the Grand Prix Turbo Series, this event will take place between May 5 and May 7, 2023. This poker series will lead up to the Formula 1 race on Sunday in Miami, which is sure to get race fans and poker enthusiasts alike revved up.
The Grand Prix Turbo Series is set to feature 12 Gold Coins (GC) and 12 Sweeps Coins (SC) tournaments spread out over three days. The action will kick off on Friday at 8:30 p.m. ET with the first of the tournaments, and each day will feature eight events running every 30 minutes, starting at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday. All of the tournaments on the schedule will be hyper-turbo no-limit hold'em.
Players will need a buy-in of 11,000 GC to play each of the first 11 Gold Coins. The Events have a guaranteed prize pool of GC 5,000,000.
Meanwhile, players will spend SC 11 to enter the first 11 tournaments on the Sweeps Coins side. The guarantee for each event is set at SC 10,000.
The 12th event on both sides will feature a deep hyper-turbo tournament. Players will spend buy-in of GC 11,000,000 to stand a chance to win a fraction of the GC 25,000,000 guarantee. The buy-in for the final event on the Sweepstakes side remains SC 11 but the guarantee jumps to SC 50,000.
Winning a Dream Ferrari Experience
