Major WSOPC Action This Weekend at GGPoker

The WSOP Super Circuit Online Series began in May and guarantees a whopping $100 million in total prizes. During the series, the WSOP will be offering up 18 circuit rings with eight offering a seven figure guarantee. This weekend, the WSOP Series continues with more than $27 million up for grabs! This is an amazing amount of cash that players will not want to pass up.

Major Money Weekend

This weekend will be the largest one yet for the series with flights taking place for seven ring events. Event #7 Monster Stack, Event #8 HR Championship, Event #9 Mini Main, Event #10 PLO HR Championship, Event #13 COLOSSUS, Event #16 PLO Main Event and Event #17 Main Event are all on the schedule.

Each of these events offer a nice prize pool but it is #8 and #17 offering the most funds. The HR Championship will have $10,000,000 up for grabs while the Main Event will offer a total of $5,000,000.

The WSOP Super Circuit Online Series is also running a leaderboard challenge. Players can earn points for competing and then set their spot on the board based on how many points are earned. Points are awarded for participation in ring events.

The winner of the leaderboard competition will receive a seat to an official WSOP Bracelet Event, the $1,000,000 Freeroll World Series of Poker Global Casino Championship.

GGPoker Masters

Players who are regulars of GGPoker will find that the GGPoker Masters will take place this weekend as usual. The buy-in for the event is $150 and it will start at 5pm UTC. The guarantee for the event is $500,000.

The GGPoker Masters from last weekend was a success due to the amount of traffic on the platform at this time. The freezeout tournament had a $150 buy-in and managed to bring in 3938 players which was more than ever before. The total prize pool on offer pushed to a whopping $553,444.

With so many big events on the schedule this weekend at GGPoker, it will not be surprising to find massive turnouts for several if not all of the events. Players are lacking in entertainment due to the coronavirus outbreak and are staying at home, looking to online poker for gaming options.

Many of the WSOP Series events are expected to see increased prize pools. Players are ready to compete in big events and this weekend there is plenty on offer. It will be interesting to see if the winners of the upcoming ring events are players who are experienced pros in the industry or if it happens to be amateurs, players just enjoying online poker while in quarantine.

We will stay tuned to the big events and report next week on the outcomes of the most successful. There is no doubt that players will turn out in droves thanks to the large prize pools and lack of entertainment options. Stay tuned to see what happens during these big events!
