Mega Satellites Released by partypoker for World Poker Tour World Online Championships

The World Poker Tour World Online Championships (WPTWOC) are currently taking place, offering $100 million in guaranteed prize money. The first winner has already been named and events on the schedule continue this week. From now until September 16, players will be able to take part in Championship Events, with five set to provide a seat to the Tournament of Champions worth $15,000. Each event has a large buy-in and party is now offering a way for players to earn a seat by taking part in Mega Satellites.

Mega Satellite Offering

In total, partypoker is offering up $1.5 million in seats to the World Poker Tour 8-Max Championship. This event is set to take place next weekend. From now until August 2, players can access these satellites.

The satellites are offered three-tiers, with buy-ins of $3.30, $33 and $320. Tickets are then given to $33, $320 and $3,200 events. Players can work their way into higher options or pay the higher buy-in to receive a ticket to a larger event.

Several events of the Championships will have satellites. The Mini Main Event is one such tournament. This event will offer up a whopping $5 million in prize money. The tournament has a buy-in of $1,050 but you can win a seat for just $22. This is a crazy low amount, especially considering that the satellite cost such a low amount to enter.

WPTWOC Upcoming Events

The WPTWOC has several events on the schedule this week. Today, players can take part in the WPT Omaha Second Chance event. The prize pool for this tournament is $150,000. The schedule also includes a WPT Shooting Stars for Charity Mega Satellite. The satellite will offer 10 of the $1,100 seats.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the satellites continue. There will be several Day 1A’s as well as the Shooting Stars For Charity Mega Satellite. On Wednesday evening, the WPT Shooting Stars for Charity two day event kicks off. This event has $500,000 in prize money.

On Thursday, the WPT 8-Max Warm Up Day 1A starts while Day 1B will begin on Friday. The weekend is also full of big events including more Mega Satellites, a Last Chance Satellite, and more.

On top of the scheduled events, the series will also include side events. The side action will have varying buy-ins, so players can find low and high buy-in events. These events can be found at partypoker in the WPT tab.

The big events will be streamed so fans can get in on the action. Fans of the game can watch the action on partypokerTV as well as partypoker’s YouTube and Twitch channels. The big hands will be covered so fans can watch as amateur players and pros go head to head in the hopes of claiming a title win!

As the series continues, it will be interesting to see who can claim a win, be it an amateur player or a top pro. Anyone can achieve greatness and we shall see who will be the big winners this week and into the months ahead as the series continues.
