Sometimes, looks, and names for that matter, can be deceiving, and the Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino in East Peoria, Ill., is a fine example. After all, East Peoria doesn’t scream “great casino industry,” and there’s the name, Par-A-Dice.
No one is going to expect a legit casino option from an establishment with such a goofy name. However, since this is the case, many will be in for a surprise because, once you can get past the terrible name pun, the Par-A-Dice is a very good casino with as much value as action.

Once you get past the odd location and strange name, the gaming floor of the Par-A-Dice is everything a casino-goer wants. The place is packed with hundreds of slot machines.

Not only is there a nice variety of sizes in rooms or suites as well as rates, but there is also a free breakfast, gift shop, and fitness center available for all guests. Most stays here may be short, but they are always comfortable.
Par-A-Dice Meeting Rooms
The Par-A-Dice makes for a nice corporate getaway as well. Not only can groups enjoy the fun and excitement of a great casino at night, but get plenty of work done during the day in any of the Par-A-Dice’s four conference settings.
There is the expansive ballroom, which can hold over 1,000 people for large gatherings or comfortable meeting rooms for more intimate work stations. The Par-A-Dice hosts everything from weddings to corporate retreats in a fun setting, and it’s just another example of how the Par-A-Dice exceeds expectations.
Overall Review
There is no reason to lie. The name, Par-A-Dice, is terrible and, not only that, East Peoria is not exactly a destination such as Vegas or Atlantic City. However, this doesn’t mean the fine people of Central Illinois don’t deserve a great casino gambling option, and that’s exactly what the Par-A-Dice is.
They have a fantastic set of table games and all the slots people love. The poker room is always available with great action. The promotions have plenty of value.
Plus, they can also offer plenty of dining options and solid hotel accommodations. The Par-A-Dice is, without a doubt, a great place to casino gamble. Just change the name.
