Aspire Global to Enter US iGaming Market via 888 in New Jersey

As the online gambling market continues to grow in the United States, via sports betting and online casino games, more companies from outside the nation want in on the action. Several big name companies based abroad already offer online gambling services in the US in some form or fashion. Just recently, yet another company has gained entry after signing a deal with an operator in New Jersey.

Aspire Global

Aspire Global is a top online gambling group who recently announced a deal has been signed between Pariplay and 888 Holdings. Aspire acquired Pariplay in early 2019 and will now be working with 888Casino in the Garden State.

With the new deal, Pariplay will be supplying games to the 888casino in operation in New Jersey. The site will have access to proprietary games as well as third-party content. The deal is an extension of the partnership between the 888 brand and Pariplay, as the two have worked together in the past in several other markets.

The news broke regarding Pariplay entering the market of New Jersey soon after the company was approved for licensing from the Division of Gaming Enforcement. According to an announcement by the company, Pariplay has several more deals coming in the future that will impact the regulated US gambling market in a big way.

Continued Growth

Aspire Global announced the acquisition of Pariplay in October, via €13.1 million deal. They decided to acquire the company as a way to strengthen their B2B business via external game sales. CEO of Aspire Global, Tsachi Maimon, commented on the new deal with 888 by stating that they are excited for Pariplay and hope that the license in New Jersey will spearhead the company’s future efforts to enter the US market.

888casino entered the online gaming market in the Garden State back in 2015. They were operational around a year and a half after the state legalized the option. For several years now, the company has fared quite well in offering quality online casino gaming options as well as poker gaming.

In early 2019, the brand debuted a new website for the state, having changed up the look and feel of the offering. They upgraded their platform to provide enhanced functions as well as a better experience for players. The new format can be access both on mobile and desktop devices.

The addition of Pariplay will provide the operator will even more gaming options to provide players in the state. 888’s SVP Head of Commercial Development Yaniv Sherman commented on adding content from Pariplay by stating that they look forward to going live with their games in New Jersey. The games are expected to be launched soon.

Possible Pennsylvania Entry?

We shall see in the coming weeks after the launch what other deals Pariplay or Aspire Global has in the works. It could be that the brand is looking ahead to entering into the new online gambling market of Pennsylvania. The state just launched online casino gaming in August, with the current operators slowly building their content offering.

The sites in Pennsylvania launched with minimal games and could certainly benefit from the titles offered by Pariplay. We shall see in the coming weeks if the brand is moving forward into the state or what else they have in store as they move to expand within the United States online gambling market.
