PlaySugarHouse Casino Now in the Mix in Pennsylvania

Over the past week, not one but three online casinos have launched in the state of Pennsylvania. First, it was Parx Casino and Hollywood, followed shortly after by SugarHouse Casino. SugarHouse already operates an online gaming site in New Jersey, so they are no stranger to the process. They are now the only operator to offer online casino gaming in the two states.

What They Offer

Players who visited the Parx Casino and Hollywood sites were left a little lacking. While both are live in the testing phase, they do not offer a ton of content. Each operator offered a good selection of slot games but only Parx provided table gaming options. For SugarHouse, the casino seems to be short on titles as well, but each operator will be adding more in the near future.

At the PlaySugarHouse PA site, players will have access to 22 slot titles, all furnished by Net Entertainment. Top titles at the site include Starburst, Fruit Spin Butterfly Staxx and Hotline. The games are integrated into the sportsbook of SugarHouse, the same as with Parx, so players can access all content as they like. The site can be played via web browser or Android app.

SugarHouse has taken great strides to make things as easy as possible for their players. The site rewards players for their gaming with the iRush Rewards Program. This is the same option offered via the sportsbook. The system also syncs with the Rivers Pittsburgh and SugarHouse Casino Rush Rewards for even more earning potential.

Banking and support are major components of online gaming as well. For deposit and withdrawal at the new online casino, players have access to several financial methods. These include Visa, MasterCard, SugarHouse prepaid card, PayNearMe, ACH/e-check and PayNearMe.

Players who sign up at the site will find that PlaySugarHouse offers an extensive Help Center. This section of the site includes frequently asked questions and live chat options for immediate assistance. Having access to around the clock is a major plus, especially as the site works out any kinks from launching.

Moving Forward

As the testing phases come to an end for the new online gaming operators, regulators must approve the sites for permanent operation. For every game the sites plan to add, they must be approved. It seems the operators were ready to launch by the set date of the Gaming Board but did not have all of their content ready and approved.

When compared to New Jersey online casino sites, the offerings in Pennsylvania really fall short by way of gaming title numbers. However, over time, each of the operators should be adding more games. Players will expect to have access to at least 100 titles or more overall, which is commonly provided at online gaming sites.

We shall stay on top of any developments regarding the first three online gaming operators in Pennsylvania and report on any new additions as they happen. We look forward to seeing just how popular the sites are in the future, by reviewing revenue reports as they are released.
